My order was completely wrong. When I called to advise them I was told that they can make the correct order and I can pick it up. I advised the young that, that was unacceptable. The young lady then stated that her manager is on a break and I can call back. I was not given the pro customer service or solution to my order being wrong or a refund. This was stor #4241 located on 4500 Teasley Lane,
Won’t let me enter code
Unable to enter my 20 digit code for survey.
My husband and I went today for a two bagels and a coffee. There were a few people before us and ~7 employees. The woman who took my order was friendly and the woman who cashed us out was friendly but the rest of the service was poor. We were there for ~30 minutes. The staff was unorganized and not friendly nor professional.
They were tripping over each other behind the counter. One person called out a name and handed the bag to a person to just rip it out of his hands and repeat the name and give it to someone else. One gal walked in front of the door-dash people and then held her hands up telling them âplease donât crowd meâ. Only one had moved to check the bags. People in the lobby were complaining about the slow service as well.
This one on Harrison Blvd in Ogden, Ut used to be a joy to go to, but the lack of organization mixed with service and wait time will probably keep me out of there.
Survey wonât work Iâm not allow me to type in my 20 digit code
I cannot enter the 20 digits for my code. It will not let me enter the last two groupings of numbers.
I just visited Einsteinâs for lunch and was not very satisfied.
The potato salad was warm.
The peanut butter schmear was maybe a teaspoonful.
There was no tuna fish available at lunchtime.
No one asked for my rewards number so I did not get any points.
I will not be visiting this location again.
